1. Who we are
Webspring Design SRL (VAT ID RO35845652, J2016000888355), registered at Str. Lazăr Gheorghe nr. 24, Timișoara, jud. Timiș, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at any time at hello@webspring-design.ro.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, the plan or design you picked and your message.
- Free audit form: name, email or phone and the address of your current website.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, page visited), kept for at most 14 days, for security.
When you send a form with your email address, we send you a confirmation email with your request number.
We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. See the Cookie policy for details.
3. Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to you, to send you a quote or your audit report and, if you become a client, for the contract, invoicing and support. The legal basis is entering into or performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
Requests that don’t turn into contracts are deleted automatically after 12 months, both from the website and from our internal client records. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards as required by tax and accounting law.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. The website is hosted on Hosterion servers in Romania. Requests sent through the website are also copied to our internal client records, hosted in Romania as well. Emails go through our email provider. All of these providers process the data only on our behalf, under GDPR-compliant agreements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@webspring-design.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
