1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of webspring-design.ro and to the subscriptions offered by Webspring Design SRL (VAT ID RO35845652, J2016000888355). By sending a request or signing a quote, you accept these terms.
2. The services
We offer monthly or yearly subscriptions for business websites: a design based on a demo, hosting, SSL certificate, backups, security updates and a number of content-edit hours, depending on the plan. The exact details are those in the accepted quote.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Invoices are issued monthly, in advance. Each plan includes a number of content changes per month; unused changes don’t roll over. A change is a content update on an existing page (copy, prices, opening hours, photos). Bigger work is estimated separately and billed only with your prior approval.
4. Term and cancellation
The contract has a minimum term of 12 months, which also covers building and launching the website, with no setup fee. After the first 12 months the subscription continues monthly at the plan’s reduced price, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
5. Ownership
The domain and the content you provide (copy, images, logo) are yours from the start. After the first 12 months of paid subscription, the website becomes yours too: on request we hand over the code and a full copy, which you can use and move anywhere. Until then, the code and demo designs remain the property of Webspring Design SRL, and you have the right to use them for your website.
6. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep your website available at all times, and we back it up every day to a location outside the server. We are not liable for outages caused by third parties (domain registrars, networks) or force majeure. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Timișoara, where we have our registered office.
